Allen Property Services, LLC was established as Al’s Lawn & Maintenance in 1987 and then developed into the corporation, Allen Property Services, LLC in 1999.
Allen Property Services, LLC currently has over 1 million sq. feet of properties under our management. Environmental consideration has always played a key role in our decision making process. Our equipment is state of the art, clean and well maintained. Our management and staff are enrolled in ongoing customer service and technical training.
As part of our dedication to our profession and our community, we are members of the Accredited Snow Contractors Association, Minnesota Nursery and Landscape Association, and the Brooklyn Center Business Association.
